From water and air, how can you produce Ammonia?

Only bacteria and plant can produce ammonia from water and air at ambient T/P. It is a renewable and sustainable chemical synthesis process for future, since Haber-Bosch process needs a high T/P and release a large amount  of carbon dioxide.
