Prime Power generator is used for extended time where there is no source of electricity such as mining, oil and gas operation. where as standby power generator is used for emergency / secondary purpose. unfortunately if there is power failure some system must run within certain period of time (for example tank agitators). when there is power failure standby power generator will start Automatically.
