Negative Person had some bad experience or incident in their past that's the main reason why they hate those thing or they have negative impact of those thing.
So According to my experience First Let them speak and speak with all his/her heart.
In Speech you found their weakness point ,Catch those words or sentences or incident.
Give some Positive and Energetic Example or incident to that fallow person or gave them a chance to do those thing again in which they has a bad experience.
But take care in this time you have to help those guys,it start with your Directions to end of task.
Best way to turn negative into Positive is to keep continuous amount of conversation with that person to understand their needs , why they behave that way , what are those situations that prompt them to think negatively etc. I do not believe someone things negative ; it is only their past experiences that has left them shattered to imagine that way. It is important to make them realise about the future and its positive impact on them and slowly transform to think the way life is supposed to be; changing from futile imagination to reality
By Showing your Best Akhlaq i.e disposition, nature, temper, ethics, morals or manners to others.
1- By using "Incentives Methodology" in order to turn them to positive people.
2- Assign clear and timely manner targets to them.
3- Always try to share them with active, cooperate and coordinate teams.
Future forecast
build their dream or let them to create a dream. Tell them it will be successful and show some successful people related to their dreams as examples.
