Gigabit line is not an issue. Following are the reasons due to which OSPF does not perform adjancies:

1. Area Mismatch

2. Directly connected Network not advertised.

3. Hello and Dead interval timmers were changed.

4. Metric calculations modifed on single or some Router(s)

5. MTU changed.

Why we can't implement distribute-list at ospf out interface?
