keyshot is the fastest solution as its an out of the box software with simple UI & easy to use & it provids 90% realistic images but for me Vray will always be the best realsitic renderer

Keyshot is much easier to use but V-Ray is faster, more flexible and capable of producing higher quality results. Keep in mind that there is no stand-alone “V-Ray studio” application. In order to use it, you need the V-Ray plugin and a host program such as modo, Maya or 3ds Max.

If you don’t want to have to learn advanced software, Keyshot is better.

If you want the best results and you’re willing to learn advanced software and spend more time producing your images, then V-Ray is better.

I second that, Octane has really fast engine being GPU based.  VRay has been in the graphics industry for many years now but the problem I 'think' many would agree with me that you needed to be expert in physics and artist combined to get that 'Photorealistic results'.

Arnold Render is more fine tuned to new user with fewer parameters to adjust and similar to Octane Renderer. But there small catch to it...Its based on CPU rendering than GPU. Until recently, the good news that Arnold will also be ported to GPU based soon. :)

Look forward to that. And I am very happy to learn that.

To be honest, I never heard about KEYSHOT.

OTOYs OCTANE is very fast but developing is too slow because they focused on VR since 2 years ago...

...surely still faster than FStorm. We will see what future brings. VRay RT 3.4xx became fast. Lets see if Chao Group will implement render to file options.

v ray rendering is photorealistic and  natural... and will remain as industrial standard .But this days there are lot of  rendering engines that needs to be mention like corona ,dedicated unbiased GPUrendering engines  like octane and f storm have started in taking shape. They have lots of features like real time assesment ,speed up in lighting and rendering ofcourse vray have v ray RT but ,performance wise and speed wise in just few twicks..... boom and speed is really amazing,
