yes,i think that listening to tapes or audio book because i cam learn many types new words from that amd have better skills .

Yes, of course, it will help to improve my listening skills.

Yes it does help in many ways to recollect the phonetics as well as the underlying central idea of the language used to say something. It creates a picture in the subconcious mind which helps us to recollect and reverberate the same.

for any language this is noted that listening and audio book reading is not enough to learn must spend some time to talk with natives

to some extent , it might be correct . however they have to be selected carefully.

Yes, it is very important. moreover if you add to audio and tapes News, it also very helpful. try to listen words and phrases,  write them the way you perceive them and then look up for them in dictionary or ask someone who knows the languages. by the time you will get the write word and the meaning, phrase/word will be in your mind.
