From my point of view the answer is No if we consider 2017-18. Because, it implement this great idea(the idea of doing that type of stores is really amazing) is little difficult due to some obstacles. First of all, there should be enough stock and special equipment to replanish the sold items. For that reason, the store has to have enough space to design similar concept as such. Unfortunately, current facilities won't allow to set this type of store. However, it is just matter of time and I am sure there will lots of stores like you mention or may be plan ))
