simply up beat your CV by volunteering or internships

 try to get cisco courses ...but in first you should start with CCNA R&S then you must a specific field in networks as Routing &Switching ,security, voip,cloud...to get a high experience you should complete to professional level (CCNP)....the important it is preferable to be a certified

Try getting some relevant training courses, Certification would be a plus, try working at first with out looking at the benefits, the beginning is always challenging

you can do some add On certifications like CCN(A,P,E) , or Microsoft Certifications they add value to your resume and increase your skills and make you stand out of crowd for job.
