Good advice, especially liked the advice about positive thinking. You can also go in for sports or meditation, but if you do not go through therapy with a specialist, you will probably just run away from the problem and not solve it. This topic is very relevant to me as I am constantly plagued by feelings of anxiety and cannot seem to shake it off. The only solution that comes to mind is to seek help from a psychotherapist.
