Can someone train to enhance their creativity?

Yes, people can be trained to enhance creativity. Our right brain governs our creative instincts and left governs logic. Everyone uses bit of both, though some are more left brain (logic) inclined and some are right brain (creativity) inclined.

Left brain people understand more of numbers, patterns, trends, logic, rationale and right brain the opposite intuition, creativity, newness, serendipity etc.

Anyone can be trained to activate the dormant side (either right or left brain) and there are specific training programs / activities to break the hard wiring of the brain. One of the activities that we used in a design thinking workshop for Retail Sales Heads (supposedly left brained people) included a bunch of weird props which included knitting yarn, plastic cups, pastels, modelling clay etc. and they were supposed to design a model retail store. The outcomes were very exciting and these heads who didn't care much about Visual Merchandising of their stores took up projects to take control of VM.

There are a host of activities, it depends on the outcomes you are targeting and the audience.

Creativity is a state of mind.  It is innate to all individuals. I believe that with proper support, guidance and nurturance, we can always bring out the best in people.

In the current workforce that most organizations have, individual differences is so rampant. Learning style varies from one person to another. Thus, careful analysis of which intelligence need strengthening is vital in developing the creativity of an individual.

In reality any performance reflects a combination of talent and skill can be improved with a lot of practice. On the other hand if your goal is to be the absolute best in the world at something it is also helpful to have some talent for it.

In order to release your creativity you need to allow your mind to relax, think freely... give yourself a chance even if your idea sounds stupid at first, and don't give up; a bright idea doesn't strike right away.

Everyone of us has his own talent but creativity is not a talent , it just needs to train your brain

Creativity comes from within. Join passion and creativity together and the results can be exemplary. Unfortunate it may sound, creativity cannot be taught or a training provided. One can train someone with additional skills but not creativity.

People in their essence are creative beings. Everyone can be taught to boost thinking out of a box and express its creativity.

of course, you can train people to think in a creative way. it's not something that people are born with it- of course some people have a little tendency to think out of the box way but if those people were in an environment which is sterotypical their creativity tendency will vanish by time. on another hand, people if trained and supported through their environement to think in a creative way their creative edge will be sharpened. 

Sure, the human mind is not limited in its thoughts, though, some people can imagine less things than the others.

However, each individual can build his/her own ideas about a certain subject which is related to the aspect they are busy with.

Anyways, everyone has an idea, and we all can train our mind to develop this idea until it reaches the best form we want it to be. Of course, the daily life can reinforce our thoughts but the best way is to learn at anytime and to be curious about everything around us.

yes ofcourse some people dont know their inner skills if you help or train them appreciate what they are doing the creavity in them will enhance more further.
