If parties having good intention to solve the conflict creating a situation like WIN WIN for both the parties....it solves the conflicts in a amicable manner. so creating a situation like WIN WIN and the right intention of resolving the conflict in a amicable manner are required and helpful in negotiation to solve the issues. My 2 cents. Thanks.
