Mp4 for window users and increase the quality to full or quick time for Apple and windows  users with codec H.264 and increase the quality to full the MP4 is smaller but not clear as the MOV (quick time)

H.264 Quicktime movie is the best clearest resolution with small file size but it will not run in windows (PC) if quicktime player or codec is not installed. It will run perfectly in MAC. For PC MPEG4 (H.264) will run properly with clarity and with low file size.

I prefer Quick Time with codec H.264 or H265.

You can't have it at the same time, if you want a clearest resolution, it will have of course big in size and I use MOV for that and if I want smaller in size but still good in quality, I prefer MP4.

The file size depends on the data rate/ bit rate settings. The best format will be an MP4 using h264 codec. You can vary the datarate to change the file size. For windows you can use a software called 'xmedia recode ' and can output a file preferably avi using xvid codec which will give you the lowest file size with better quality.

Mp4 is best among all, because it gives a best quality like HD and also it run in all platforms like smartphone, windows etc

Mp4 for window users and quick time for Apple users

To find the best Video Editor Software, you need to consider your editing skills, you budget and so on. I have reviewed more software and found out some awesome video editors.

Super easy to use, no learning needed. Very good and quite simple program to make videos. The easy mode can save you a lot of time. This is the most simple to use video editing software with some advanced editing features you can trust. It is also accompanied by ready-to-use effects packages for making movies, music clips and promotional videos.

I would go with mp4, it gives the smallest size files with a decent quality
