muscle mass usually take to start decreasing from 4 to 6 weeks it s differant fron one to other  also depending on genetics and you morphologie type it could be quickly and it may take a while until you have it

3 weeks does muscle mass usually take to start decreasing and this will happen mostly to men than to women who stop their workout routines. As we age, muscle mass and strength decrease – especially in men, who are noted to lose muscle mass at a faster rate than women of the same age.

It is an Hard Question, because

It depen on:

-Your Genetic (if you are luky, it takes more then people that are less luky)

-Your alimentation (it mean if you eat healthy, you drink enough water, ecc)

-If you are injured (the injured art, need to be blocked to regen, so the mass obviusly will decrease)

-your Daily rest (rest enough help to mantain, Don't rest enough do the opposit)

-If you are affected by some particular Sickness

 usually this proccess maybe take alot of time if we eat right but it s differant fron one to other but we can say from 2 weeks  start lose musle mass

In light of my past experience,

usually it depends on individual metabolism rate, and past eating and fitness workout habitsNot to forget, individual, inherited genetic structure,

In my opinion, in light of my experience and individual past habits and genetic structure,

It take around 3 months basic, to start reducing, First 3 months to set individual habits, in this period muscle mass tend to reduce in slow pace,after that it start reducing with fast pace,Keep in mind, on natural diet,If we use some food supplements and steroid, then one can achieve targets in max 3 months time,

I strongly recommend to stay on natural diet as one can carry on with this, in future,Hope it make sense,
