Which function (marketing, sales, product development, HR ...) is more important for you when you start a new business or launch a new idea?

Thank you for the invitation. It is very important question. Concerning establishment of a new Business or development the Business need to set up a good marketing plan before the Products manufacturing and service starting to the customers.

Planning for good starting and moving in the market to establish optimal relationships with prospective customers and consumers will facilitate the sales process and support other departments efforts for successful launch in the markets. After creation of the new customers and knowledge their requirements you can develop the products and services accordingly and go ahead to expand other departments HR Dept., Production Dept., Technical & Development Dept. Planning Dept.-- etc.

Actually, any Business commences in a limited volume of  the dealing and then growing day by day but let your launch is the correct & strong starting. 

When you start a new business, You will need plans, assistance, location, finance etc.,  

Recruit employees for marketing.

You will strike good sales numbers.

With the profits you can develop the product quality and quantity and increase the number of people in your business.

All functions are important, the HR will ensure qualified and efficient employees are taken, incompetent ones will cost the business a lot. Product development to ensure conceptualizing of competitive products, marketing, and sales will ensure the product is introduced and sold in the market. Finance and accounting will deal with budgeting, tax and so on. All the functions are crucial.

Marketing should hold high importance as awareness of the product is crucial for a lasting presence in the market which is followed by sales, after which the products place in the market could be understood which also helps in feedback for product development. This approach could also be termed as boot strapping.

Starting a business you will need good team of human resource and secondly a good marketing of your products and your target market,sales will initially generate when time goes on.

I believe that Finance is the most important function as it allows the organization to keep abreast of their funding (if used external funding) and also tells them about the going concern (future continuity) of the business

All the functions are more important, each department will work towards their strategic goal and vision to fulfill the organization goals and objective. 

For any business Marketing is verry importment why because sales depends on how product will get awerness in to the market so we do more markeeting sales increse more.
