Wrote a blog post about Dubai as a new entertainment capital of the world. How can I meet the right people in Dubai to make this happen?

I believe Dubai is poised to be a major entertainment capital of the world, not just in leisure and customer service, but in production, such as film production, immersive entertainment, virtual reality, and music production.  

My first goal as a songwriter/writer is to license songs for film, TV, commercials, and new media.  I have extensive experience as a performing musician, as well as working as a background actor.  

I'm a fairly well published freelance writer, most covering film and music.  I can work as a journalist while pursuing music and film ventures (as well as do PR).  

I need to meet the right people associated with Dubai's development to discuss the vision of entertainment production in Dubai (including themed, immersive, VR, and music production).

It's true, I do not have major credits. My credibility will stem from my talent, personality, ambition and vision for D/ubai.

And of course, I very much want to move to Dubai.
