If you have done your homework beforehand it will help you realize what your customer's budget is and where you stand compared to competition. So almost every customer will object to your price proposal being too high. Every seller should be ready to negotiate. Engaging in a negotiation means that customer is interested, otherwise, he would have walked away without response. So seller should let the customer know that he is flexible and is confident enough to close the deal, now make the customer feel secure, ask them about the requirements, budget constraints, show value proposition of your offer, compare it to the competitors offers and let the customer realize where they will get their best value for money.
