Focus.
Contrary to what others may preach, multi-tasking does not work.
You can be an expert in more than one field, but in order to work to your utmost efficiency, you must focus all of your efforts on completing one task at a time.
Break big projects down to simpler, more manageable steps, and then tackle each one step by step.
This enables you to concentrate all of your training, skills, ingenuity, creativity and inspiration as well as allowing for a brief rest after.
The rest is as important as doing the task.
Rest lets you re-focus on the next task and to re-adjust your talents to what is needed for it.
