I am not really sure which would be the best site for exam preparation but there are many websites which can provide training and preparation material. Some of them are GBES and GBRI.

Hi. For LEED Exams, you can have it in PROMETRICS.

First you have to sign-in / log-on to http://www.usgbc.org/

Then you can click for LEED GA exam and it will guide you throughout until it connects you to PROMETRICS to schedule your examination.

 

For reviewers, you can search online, there's a lot of sites that offers "free" LEED GA review/guide.

Some of the sites I used are POPLAR, USGBC, GBA, STUDIO 4.
