A. What are your Top 5 achievements in life?

1. I did well in school, and I finished it of course.2. That I am exceeding the expections in what am doing and have received commendations and awards for it.3. That I was able to help my previous companies. Am sure that I was one of their best staff.4. That i have gained more confidence. I have become stronger and was able to face different kinds of customer.5. That I have helped other people and made them happy (Customer Service at its finest :))

If I have to mention the top5 achievements in my life, they are the following: 

- Like the first answer, I was able to finish school;

- I'm able to support my family; 

- Found a better opportunity here in Dubai;

- Transformed my body into a better and healthier one;

- Quit smoking for more than a year now.

 

I look forward for more and I know I need to work harder to achieve those. 

1. Developed the tota Collection system and process from zero. 1. Developed myself from an officer level worker to a management employee. 3. Developed an on Roll team of 45 member with an attrition of less than 5% year after year. 4. Continuously focused of customer delight and changed processes even before the Market demands. 5. Total operation set up for collections for West Bengal Circle.

o Successfully performed HR related errands of more than 50 district/block level Kaapro employees spread across Purnea, Katihar, Araria & Kishanganj districts of Purnea Region. o Coordinated and arranged more than 200 regional, district level training programs involving more than 50 participants each time o Coordinated with partners and facilitated arrangement of necessary logistics for conducting block level meetings of more than 20 participants for more than 40 blocks of 4 districts

1-At School level I was hockey team caption & we won final against all the 23 schools.

2-Best English & Urdu languages Debater in School

3-Done my BBA while working 10-12 hours in retail store.

4-Done my MBA Marketing while working 10-12 hours in retail industry.

5-Working in a big multi national company as a concept manager.

6-Opened 12 retail stores from scratch.

7-Build & establish retail team for National Reputed Brand.
