Is there any impact on concrete quality by using recycled concrete aggregate in concrete production?

The answer is positive only in uncontaminated concrete free of trash wood or paper. Metals can be removed with magnets and melt down for recycling in crushing machines. So crushed recycled concrete can be used as the dry aggregates for brand new concrete if it is free of contamination.
