If you are talking about phone applications, I believe there is non except maybe, perhaps the step counter to keep track on how long you walk. As for keeping track of fitness the good old fashioned way is making a schedule on your calendar.  Write your workout routine ( example 2 days on 1 day off 2 days on weekend off) and the body part that you are targeting. For people who are starting off or getting"back " into a routine its already very demotivating. Using a phone allows you to become distracted and loose concentration on your workout. Decide to do a routine for 4 weeks. Keep it the same and than next month change your exercise. This helps with your ability to remember.

There are thousands of fitness applications available in market,But those applications are for tough trainer,Tough trainer, are like professional athletes, like Marathon Runners, Professional Anabolic and Natural Bodybuilders, Sports men( Soccer players, Footballers, Basketball players) etc.The need to trained hard and follow strict rules, and schedule,For common people, not professionals in any sense,I suggest, do some gym work, 45 minutes, max work out, and at least 3 days a weak, also if possible, do some morning walk( Brisk Walk) or jogging, Must walk after Dinner, for around 15 minutes,at least thrice a weak,Now, best fitness tracking application, I suggest to follow, BMI,(Body Mass Index), you can have it installed even in your android set, or even in some good quality java type cell phones,Or you can have a smart fitness wrist watches, to check and control your heart beat any time, Smart fitness watches also have options like tracking your walking distance, and count your steps, as its a rule for walk, that you should have 120 steps in a minute.I told you earlier, that leave this for professionals, BMI, doesn't work alone, you should know your body structure, skeleton type, family back ground etc.If interested you can contact me through my cell phone and email My charges is Rs5000/= per month and it will take around minimum 3 months to control all,Hope it makes sense.

Thanks
