Stress is not necessarily a ‘bad’ thing. Without this brilliant ability to feel stress, humankind wouldn’t have survived. Stress is primarily a physical response. When stressed, the body thinks it is under attack and switches to ‘fight or flight’ mode, releasing a complex mix of hormones and chemicals such as adrenaline, cortisol and norepinephrine to prepare the body for physical action. This can lead to an inability to ‘think straight’; a state that is a great hindrance in both our work and home lives. If we are kept in a state of stress for long periods, it can be detrimental to our health.

I treat stress with Lifestyle Changes, mental Activites, and at a final stage by standing up in front of my stressful reason. to sum up

1. Manage your time well to minimize the stress that piles up.

2. Take good care of yourself. That means get enough sleep, exercise, eat healthy, and eat brain foods, all of which promote mental health and reduce anxiety.

3. Keep your life as free as possible of toxic people.

Stress is a normal part of life and you'll never get rid of it completely, but there is a lot you can do to reduce it and to manage it when it does come along.
