Hey Ahmad,

Sorry for long answer

Good day, actually you have to state your printer type and from note you are operating XP.Is it a recent problem by mean did u print before ?

If not follow the steps:

-Check hardware from printers and faxes and check your printer properties you will find a drop menu "use printer online"

-Step two search for your printer type if it wireless try manual IP addressing if it wired you will find a diagnose tool from printer manufacture to trace and solve the issue automatically.

If yes u did print before

-This means either an update is already run over your PC and u said you don't have an image to restore

.-Try to change the USB cable and manual TCP/IP protocol and correct USB port is connected via PC.

1.If the printer is off, turn on the printer, and then check the status of the printer. If the printer starts printing jobs from the print queue, your printer is clearing out queued print jobs and is online. You can stop trouble shooting. If the printer goes to an idle state after its startup routine, it might be online. If the computer still shows the printer as offline, continue using these steps

.2.With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

3.Unplug the printer power cord from the wall outlet.

4.Wait at least seconds. Restart the computer while you are waiting.

5.Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

6.Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

7.If the printer does not turn on by itself, press the Power button to turn it on.

8.Make sure the printer is connected to the computer or the network

Perhaps it could be an issue with other device drivers.

Have you tried connecting the printer to another USB port

It could be a bus driver issue (motherboard and other components that allows the USB ports to function as expected)
