For a group of diversified trainees, what tools and techniques can a trainer use to effectively deliver training across the board?

A very important question and  the answer as follows

First: unification of the course language to be understood by all 

Second: the use of silent videos that are only understood by the movements carried out by the actors 

Third: the use of pictographs and charts 

 Fourth :use of IQ games and puzzles that are images or figurative or otherwise

Fifthly:  brainstorming sessions with the trainees where divided them to  groups and they will find things

in common between them to carry out And  communicate through
