Thanks for sending me the invitation. Based on your level of experience, the industry and the title you are looking for. The best time to search for a job is from October to April since after April we have Ramadan, Eid vacations, school vacation and the majority of expats and decision makers leave the country.

Thank you for your questions.

1- Is it easy to get a job in UAE these days?Well, Yes, like any growing economy, UAE offers multiple opportunities for the right candidate. There are jobs advertised on many websites, in newspapers, and other recruitment resources. As for these days, November - January is considered a slower period, as most of the expats plan their annual vacations in December and return and settle down by mid January. 2- Which month is good to come to UAE?February till May, and from August to November are the most happening months and it usually takes 2 - 3 months after landing to finally get an offer. 3- Advise on UAE job search:Job hunt is also in 2 phases ... 1st phase starts even before you land in UAE, - Put up your profile and Look for related jobs on UAE recruitment websites: www.bayt.com, (URL removed due to policy violation. Please contact support for further information.), uae.dubizzle.com, (URL removed due to policy violation. Please contact support for further information.), (URL removed due to policy violation. Please contact support for further information.)

- Make social media contacts (preferably on Bayt / Linkedin) in related industry, you intend to look for job ... check market conditions with them, discuss about possibilities ... am sure if not all, but many will help.- Initiate contacts with recruitment agencies in UAE who handles your preferred job area and submit your resume to them.- Tailor made your resume as per job requirements ... it may take some extra time, but will increase your chances ... do not put everything in one resume ... also do not write everything in  Phase 2: starts when you are in UAE ....  Ideally you should go to UAE on an extendable visa. Arrange your stay near a metro station, so that can save cost on conveyance. Also explore opportunities in Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, and Abu Dhabi in addition to Dubai ... as it may help you get the UAE work experience, help you settle down, and in between get your UAE driving license (which is as important as your degree)

Go out meet recruiters, check out businesses that are in your area of interest, meet people, and leave your credentials (if not resume/CV) everywhere. DO NOT force / push people to help you.Have your visiting cards (name / business cards) designed to suit your personality and printed with your UAE mobile number, your email, skype ID, and your Bayt / Linkedin profile link.Network, network, network .... UAE provides an excellent opportunity to meet people from over 150 nationalities which may share your passion, hobbies, and area of interest .... there is some (free to attend) exhibition, seminar, workshop every day ... get hold of that information and be there .... it will help you understand the market trends, the job market situation, and increase your contacts.and lastly ... know your business / area of interest ... do not teach others ... but learn and share knowledge.Do your effort and have faith ... am sure you can end up as a happy UAE resident !!
