Don't use tobacco in any form

Maintain a healthy weight throughout life

Adopt a physically active lifestyle.

Eat more fruits and vegetables, less red meat

Be Proactive -- Get screened

eating variety of healthy food which helps to prevent weight loss,and which helps to prevent unnecessary fat deposition and control increased production of hormones. and for womens cervical cancer preventive vaccines are avilable .so through the health education can prevent the cancer

The strongest factor in the cause (pathogenesis) of cancer is environmental/ life style. Western life style have been associated with many cancers. Several eliments of eastern diet for example curcumin, brassica vegetables (cauliflower), mustard etc all have shown anticancerous activites. My own research was on the role of polyamines (comes from vegetables) in preventing cancers. we found it effective against several cancer cell lines.

 

I have a special interest in alternative treatment of cancer although I am a medical doctor.

We can get any cancer from the foods that we eaten daily.
