How to use RFI ?

An RFI is primarily used to gather information to help make a decision on what steps to take next.

RFI's used in combination with the following: request for proposal (RFP), request for tender (RFT), and request for quotation (RFQ).

RFI for the work extension or rectifying new input.

reqest for inspection {RFI} Simply after completion of a task which are giving by aramco .if task complet after that we prepear a doucments which is we called RFI .this is basically inspection how the work is done through a proper drawing or aramco standar.and also we attached  drawing ,saudi aramco check list{SACI} with rfi

RFI is one of the correspondence instrument for project construction & management. Where there is requirement to raised queries regarding unclear information, missing information and or discrepancies found within contract documents, the contractor and or the site supervision consultant can & might raise RFI to the designer or other party that autorized to clarify the queries. 

RFI Means request for information, if we need any information which is not provided in IFC Drawing or any discrepancy occurred  between design & site condition then RFI is require to raise to proceed further action on those basis and to use this RFI document as reference document to proceed further process.

RFI in construction field means request for information, and we use the RFI to ask the consultant for any missing information or ask an advise when we get any contradiction in design document.   

RFI means request for Inspection, It is a document process so that your activity will be documented in terms of Inspection of any activity. This will be submitted usually 24 hours before your activity to be inspected.
