CPP and CPPM, did these two certifications add any new value to your CV ? and should I take it as a chance and join it in the meantime ?

Yes of course. it makes you think diferent in your daily work. 

Yes,. For me, i prefer to take the CPPM as it gives me an edge over the others with regards to procurement qualifcations

Doing Cpp & Cppm, is like adding feathers to qualification. So doing these courses shall boost your rating for job. CiPS is more value to go for, than cpp & cppm. Its having more value.
