What is the difference between supercooled liquids and amorphorus solids?

Basically there is a small difference between the amorphous solid and supper cooled liquid. Amorphous solid sometime have tendancy to flow such as glass. they are also known as pseudo-solid. the other amorphous solid are not to be supper cooled liquid.

 

in supercooling crystals are formed but in amorphous solids no crystal formation
