Any business achievement  depended of human relation related. As like buyer/,seller  /manpower /Employer .When they are all  team work relation build up  success business goal.

Interpersonal relationships in a professional manner make the best marketing techniques. When you conduct a business and the client is satisfied, he/she is most likely to take to other business partners or friends within their environment, which gives you a good reputation and a free advertisement. Totally the opposite, when you do bad, and people talk about your business.

The basis of any relationship is effective communication be it verbal or written. The more effective communication and rapport is built, a better understanding and relationship is developed. Similarly, in a business environment, word of mouth plays a significant role as it can make or break the goodwill of any firm/organization. Hence, when a strong relationship and trust is built between a client and service provider, it helps in expanding the business which is more effective than any advertisement. As business is always expanded when it gains the confidence and loyalty of the customers.

The business depends on the environment and their stakeholders as a source of input for their business. Although, good relationships can lead to organizational outcomes such as improving the degree of trust among the stakeholders and better predictions on environmental changes. Furthermore, It will have a positive impact on the business performance.

Not just relationship, based on the best relationship with all of your business stakeholders (for examples you target customers, employees, suppliers, shareholders, strategic partners and community), you have to define and categorize all of your business stakeholders, know their goals and expectations and give them what they want, then you can get back from them what you want (satisfaction and / or  profits)

this is the relationship, but if you build your business without adding value to your customers the relationship will never ever be for last.

Relationship as a term signifies understanding between 2 parties - be it company - customer or company - channel partner.

It emphasizes on understanding the requirements of the other part and in what possible manners (from the shoes of your capabilities) the same can be met or compensated.

Hence in competitive or perfect competition markets - relationship, be it with customers or channel partners is very important.

In a hard core professional manner if we see, its perfect statement.

Business are built on relationships. Once you starts performing for your business development, you will have professional relationships which will fetch business in a sound manner.
