I don't think so, managers' duties become bigger everyday and they are in need of a secretary which some duties can't be done by designed software but small firms can use these softwares to save money and to decrease the use of employees for the main time till they need to hire one.

no, I don't think so, because, i accept software helps the managers in many ways, but software can't beat, a human mind. Sometime it become necessary to take decisions which a software cant do.
