Make sure that everyone is included in the process, pay attention to their concerns, and encourage them to take part. A well-defined strategy for implementation, including ongoing evaluation and consistent application.

Prove to everyone that this is necessary and will be useful for the entire organization as a whole and personally for each employee.

The management should educate the employee to see the benefit in the process change, then provide incentive or reward for compliance then after apply consequence for non compliance.
