How do you manage - you need to leave the com for a better opportunity but com doesn't want you to leave & it doesn't consider your remuneration?

Lets say that you have got an opportunity at a better place and you want to leave the company. You might be interested to talk about the current remuneration package if the company is asking you to stay. If the company doent want you to leave at the same time, they are not really interested to talk about the amendment of remuneration package, what would you do? This is a situation where the company might give bad reference to other companies if you leave in this way.. How to manage the situation?

As a employee should be loyal to their employer but the fact is if better upgrade opportunity comes in life , i will try explain in well manner to management .

But the ultimate goal of an employee is should loyal , productive wherever it is.

I do not leave any job without any big reasons,,and I will talk with my manager about the reasons , I will try to stay and solve the problems,because I dont want to change work place too soon

First, get yourself offer letter from the com u want to get in to. After that get in touch with your current team management explain your needs and aspirations. If they would be willing to keep you then they will increase your remuneration, else they will eventually let u go.

I would explain to my current employer how amending my current remuneration package would be of benefit to both: me and the company, as it would push me to give more to a company that appreciates my work and is willing to pay me more in return. I would draw their attention to the fact that keeping an unhappy employee would affect the company before anything else, because the employee in question wouldn't be encouraged to work to their highest potential and be creative.

Its all about maintaing good relationship with management. If the employee has a good history, his/her request will be satisfied upon explaining in a manner that should convince the company. And the employee must secure the new offer before dis-closing the interest to leave the company.

OR advice the company on the availability of a coleague outside the company that will be cappable of taking over the duties/work
