I believe that operating as a manager within already tested and deemed as successful frameworks is the way to go; there are some "recipes for success"provided by consulting firms that offer a general yet effective operating framework. Of course you will have to customize it and adapt it to your personal needs, however, they could always provide a valuable benchmark on which you can build and expand your skills.

I hope I was helpful.

Thank you Nadjib to invite me for this interesting question. My answer is:

1.       Fix what you can, instead of blaming others

2.       Fix the right problem.

3.       If the problem comes back, find out why, and fix it. Check with your supplier how can they confirm that there will be no future defects? Change contract add a penalty for defective parts. Change the way you choose suppliers Go for quality, and prevent the problem.

4.       Find problems by complaining.

5.       Listen to your team.

6.       Your business works best once you've fixed the pipes.

By remain relaxed & mindful in any situation you can find SMART solutions that can help and remove the issue from its origin, make sure to learn the lesson so the same problem will not appear anymore!

The better & faster way is to do your homework and check how the corporations deal with the same problems you are facing; it will save Time and Effort.

Some problems are not there in the network so you need to ask the trusted experienced people you know and follow your gut for the solution you will work on.

Worst case scenario is that all the solutions you have and tried didn’t work, in this case you need to ask yourself and the team about the ability to manage the problem if you don’t have that ability its never wrong to ask for someone can to manage it for everyone’s benefits, we don't want our ego to be in control in this case or any other case...

That’s just my opinion and what i experienced in managing 3 of most organized & popular facilities in Kuwait.

Have A Great Day All.

Best.
