I am trying to develop a website & facing problems like, creating comment box & there is some garbage value, can you tell me the solution?

First of all  "there will be  no garbage values in correctly written code", but  if you are new to development you should :

1. Write your own code I mean don't copy some ready made code available online

2. Start with simplicity and clarity.

3. Use online resources like w3school.

4. Before writting any code "Plan your code" first write a psedu or simple idea on a piece of paper.

5.Do some real world development.
