I don't think so it is hard if family supports you, if someone is passionate to do this and care about her morals then it is not too hard

I do not think it is a privilege to work at industrial zones for men or women in the first place.

It is not a man's ُُfirst choice to work in such a harsh environment.

So i think the most obvious question why would a woman want to work there at all by plain choice apart from society point of view or women rights?

Because of male oriented culture specially in the industrial sector in middle east. On the other hand, i think females are much more comfortable working in the service sector here as there are many success stories already there for you to observe.

In my view  only because they Shy of presence of woman in Industrial Field as they are more open to each other so finding the presence of woman among them may create a sense of insecurity in them.

So they try to avoid the presence of woman among them and asking for any kind of help by Lady Employee in any kind of help as basically Industries in Middle East dominates only Male Employees.
