Why do you want to work for the hospital?

After acquiring vast work experience and knowledge  in various field and having rise from structural engineer to VP- Projects over a period of years, I have gained Knowledge and experience in project engineering structures and civil, Interiors and fitout, Project planning and scheduling, Estimation and fit out costing and also vendor experience in furnishing, Glass, Timber, Stainless Steel, etc. I have worked and successfully executed large projects like automotive showrooms, Palaces and5* hotel room fitouts. 

Past6 years since May, I am working in healthcare industry on design, coordination and implementation of projects. such as Bed General Hospital and coordination of Surgical Center projects across various states of India.

I have designed and executed3 Fertility Clinic Laboratories for one of the most successful fertility clinic facilities in the world. 

I have conceptualised and designed Bed Women and Child hospital at Abu Dhabi University and will be developing this.

Hence I feel with this experience and in understanding health care, relation and integration of services, Medical engineering, HVAC, MEP, Infection control, Circulation requirement, Healthcare fire safety, etc. 

Also, budgetary constraints, tight time lines, which is possible to achieve, only with such integrated knowledge, experience, and resources. So I am the right suitable candidate as a Project  Director for Hospital Projects.

I always felt while designing Hospital you have to be more careful and concerned to those who may not be able to move and do activities as normal persons particularly small kids, old people, differently able   persons. This has given me the feeling of contributing to the society indirectly who has contributed lot for my well being.
