A career move may look daunting, but it is possible.

This depends on the motivation to do so e.g. 'dream job', money, family, location etc.

When the career move involves what the individual desires to do ('dream job') - they may have gained some skills, definitely have a natural talent for it or may have done courses in the direction of it.

Map out what is required for it and what you are prepared to 'sacrifice' to make a move

Look at job adverts and see what is required and where a need is to gain critical skills

Do courses to gain necessary qualification(s) for the career

Read up on how the 'industry' trends (need for this particular discipline and what you offer that is different to the rest)

In all this have faith, walk in integrity and push through till you get the job you want.  Sometimes some jobs are a stepping stone towards your goal.
