Who do you think most perseverance and creativity and achievement in work and functionality، man or woman?

Of course the man and this is not to underestimate women, but because the man is capable of working pressure and the ability to work longer and his ability to think on his mind more then his heart and man is able to search and controversy to reach the goal

I think both of them, creativity do not depend on gender.

both, depends on the work they understands

There is no difference between a man and a woman when it comes to work as long as he/she is dedicated to his/her job/work.
