Being the safety officer of a company, proper communication with the workers must be established. The importance of working safely as team should always be reminded the workers. Proper risk assesments and hazard identification must be conducted before a work is done or started and find ways to reduce those rsks. Find ways to avoid those hazards as work progreses. It is always beneficial to talk with the workers involved to identify the hazards that are associated with their work and remedies to avoid those hazards. The person who does the work knows better than others.
