In order to get a job offer in Dubai you would of course have to apply for various job postings in Dubai related to your field of experience or rather to your field of education ; keeping in mind that it may take this process weeks , months or even years for you to get the ideal offer matching your expertise & field criteria . When a company based in Dubai contacts you for the job offer they would then get you on a work visa here in Dubai ; then from here you proceed with the application process of the Visa , Medical examinations and so forth . I would advise that you keep a copy of your job offer with you along with reading a very detailed information on your job description and hours of working with total Salary . The employee shouldn't be paying his own visa , medical checks , nor bank guarantee fees thus should always be the company's role to do so .
