There are a lot of Email Hosting Provider that do offer Bulk Email Sending. Crazy Domains do have this service called Email Marketing (See link below). User can create unlimited mailing lists, and send unlimited emails as you need. The purpose of having a this service is to avoid from being tagged as SPAM email sender even you will send emails to 10,000 contacts or more. There are many softwares but i like the following.

-Mailchimp (easy to use with lot of functionalities)

-Aweber (easy to use + cost effective)

-Mailwizz (you have to install it by yourselfe. very cost effective but less functionalities)
