Do something other similar brands don't; this makes your brand stand out for the different strategy alone. Engage with your community on a unique level so that you appear like a living, breathing entity rather than a soul-less machine run by empty suits.Post something interesting that your audience might want to read. For example, if I was a company making laptops I would make posts about who uses my product and for what; like I would make note of a police officer using my product for his work.This makes the brand a part of a community rather than a showpiece on a storefront not meant to be used.
