Do you think a leader can accomplish wonders, whatever the circumstances?

A leader would be a person of dare,enthuastic..superb potential and passionate ...commitment..towards the work.According to me there is no word for wonders as a leader though he is a leader not a follower.Leader must take the initiative to dare to stand with the proper vision and the way he works.

My Answer: 

Comic Book Superheros accomplish wonders in any circumstances and in so doing attract fame and admiration. Leaders, on the other hand, are mortal men and they do not act alone. Leaders motivate their teams to do the best they can.  The Leader does not directly produce his accomplishments; the Leader's  role is to develop, motivate and orchestrate his teams to accomplish the optimum outcome for each particular circumstance.  

whatever the circumstances one of characters that the leader must have it is the faith in god and with his ability to solve the problems .he must have trust in his decisions and depened on god he will lead you to the right way and dont be sad or angery with the results that hapened it is the god willing
