Who is more successful in the field and why? 1. Fresh Graduate 2. Experienced Person in that field but not Graduate

Fresh Graduate. Because he/she can easily apply the knowledge what he/she learned and soon will develop it and broaden the knowledge through experiences. What the experienced person had learned can soon be learned by a fresh graduate at the same time success in finishing his/her profession.

Nr. 2 is my answer;

A fresh graduate has booksmarts, but has much to learn in business.. or the fields listed above..

Fresh Graduates have it not easy these days in the Engineering field, since there are many entering the job market and only the best of the best are considert....

But on the other hand experienced people over the age of 50 are having problems finding employment as well, since employers rather get a younger person in and there all the schooling and experience goes out of the window...

 

 

We have to always give anyone the benefit of the doubt. But from my own point of view, it is depending upon to  the person dedication to learned the task or job that was asked for. Ironically experiences are the best teacher but new ideas and capabilities of a fresh graduate will provide more and new set of opportunities.

Moreover, it doesn't mean you are better if you are experience person or you are a fresh graduate with great potential but it is how you are willing to adapt changes and love to learn. We have to fully understand that we have limitations and for us to break it we have to acquire knowledge time to time. Learning is a process and change is constant.

Fresh graduate of course.he has scientific knowledge so he can know the origin of problems and find the solution while the experienced one just have temporarily knowledge based on specific solution with specific details and he won't know the answer if any thing changed

Fresh graduate has fresh knowledge with young mind and body. Experienced person has a wide range of actual understanding with the nature of work and vast amount of skills he / she acquired in the span of his / her experience regardless of the educational attainment. 

To answer you question, there is no comparison between the two. to be a successful in the field, it is your desire and passion at work that makes you succesful.

This depends on many factors.

What sector is it regarding? Some sectors thrive more from fresh garduates innovative and not yet "boxed in" way of thinking. Whereas other sectors need the experience from someone who has worked with the same duties for many years, regardless of educational level.

In the end it comes down to finding the right person for the right role in the right company, which is a delicate process.

I think they can make a good team together for a while till the fresh graduate feel confortable in order to take important decission on field, otherwise for him is difficult to handle field stuff, even he know the solution, teoretical...

Fresh Graduate is more successful in the field beacuse fresh graduate have more theoritical knowledge as well as have some practical knowledge if he/she had  taken seriously.when he/she get some opportunity to work practical sphare, he/she could be highlighted all around .that's why fresh graduate is more successful.

Fresh Graduate is faster to get the experience, but the non graduated person in same field will reach first the success.

Fresh graduate has much more theoratical knowledge and can apply his knowledge in understanding the engineering stuff much more easily and will be able to stand remarkable in the field of research and development that is the backbone of any industry for its survival. On the other hand experienced person can only understand and apply knowledge gaind through his experience but he or she will be unable to do effective research activities as compared to fresh graduate equipt with latest technology.Experienced person has its own value while fresh graduate has its own stand. If we consider graduate with experience then experienced person is far behind than the experienced graduate.

Experienced Person in that field but not Graduate.because the new graduate needs some time and experience to be able to the use his knowledge successful
