You can only raw 2D drawings on AutoCAD LT as it is an old and low-cost version of AutoCAD.

AutoCAD LT(Learning and Training) is a lower or cheaper version of AutoCAD. It has no modelling facilities as in normal AutoCAD packages. It was developed in 20th century by autodesk

AutoCAD LT is the lower cost version of AutoCAD with reduced capabilities by Autodesk meaning no option of 3D in Autocad LT.

Autodesk developed AutoCAD LT to have an entry-level CAD package to compete in the lower price level.
