You know you're on the 'money' when the measured KPI's are all in the 'black'. This will also reflect in the staffing KPI's such as staff turnover ratio and the number of absentees, in addition to the safety KPI's (LTI, MTI, Near miss, fatalities)

Good question. Thank you Mr. Danny. Healthy managment is the way of managing "corporates" work & putting their "efforts" all together for the benefit of whole company. i.e. 1. Treat co-workers as "corporates" 2. Manage cooperative & interacting work schedule for the staff 3. Help where needed & do not interfere where no help required By the above actions ones can have healthy managed, cooperative & careing team, who can solve all problems, simply because people are working TOGETHER, not AGAINST.
