Theoretically, I will stop to look for a new job if I feel happy and at ease, if I good job with a very interesting salary, a good relationship with colleagues, a good social climate, better working conditions , motivation, financial stability, a good relationship work / life ... etc,

But in reality, I will look for a new job, for the following reasons:

  • First to satisfy my needs to change, to flourish, to realize my own potential, to fully use my talents and abilities,
  • I will always be in search of a potential career path,
  • Because there is always someone who offers a better opportunity and I should take it,
  • To break the monotony that kills creativity and motivation,
  • To develop my skills and acquire new skills,
  • To diversify my experience and my skills,
  • To discover new horizons,
  • To take on new responsibilities,
  • To change the course of my career,
  • To develop my abilities,
  • To learn more,
  • To achieve more success,
  • To be more competitive.

I would think it would be the comfort level of each person.  If a person is not driven by higher salary expectations or extreme career ambitions, one could stop at a job in which one finds personal satisfaction with regard to job satisfaction, work environment, proximity including ease of travel, etc. It really depends on the age one is at.  A younger person will be more career/salary driven whereas a mature person who has 'been there done that' will be more choosy.

that's why you need to look for a job that you love to work in and when you love your job and what are you working in this time you will stop complaining, When you see a lot of people looking for a job and they cannot find while you already in a job! when you see there is families outside there trying to feed their children while we are in a office alive and still working , when we thanks Allah for what we are having now is better than tons of people who wish to have your place, in this time you will stop looking for a job while you already you have one because i believe the problem not from the job that you are having the problem is from yourself!
