Partnership firm is a firm established under Partnership Act with respect to their capital share of each partner for conducting their business and upon their pre-agreed terms and conditions. Thanks.

Joint Venture (JV) basically within my knowledge, it is to conduct or to complete a project which was undertaken jointly by two companies which were established under Companies Act. Thanks.

The Key difference between a Joint Venture and a Partnership is that, Joint Venture does not have any specific regulation to be governed, whereas the Partnership is governed by Partnership Act.
