How to respond to stress interview questions?

I try to avoid stress as much as I can by focusing on my tasks and doing them to the best of my abilities. That way, there would be little or no problem caused by setbacks. Also, preparing ahead for potential obstacles help avoid stress. After all, prevention of stress is a lot better than overcoming stress.
